- Next day delivery orders placed after 3PM from Thursday will aim to be delivered Monday (it is only a working day service)
- All orders placed after 3PM from Friday to Sunday will be processed Monday or in the event of a public holiday, the next working day and aimed to be delivered the next working day.
Kate places an order at 3:30PM Thursday, and she paid for Next Day Delivery. Kate's order would be processed on Friday, but aimed to be delivered on Monday. This is because it's a working day service. The same would apply if Kate places her order before 3PM on Friday.

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 14 days of purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
