All orders placed BEFORE 3PM will be dispatched same day. All orders placed AFTER 3PM will be dispatched the next working day.
Please allow up 3 working days for your order to be processed during busy periods like restock days. We always aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible.

If there are no delays with Royal Mail, shipping times are as follows:
Tracked 24HOUR Delivery next working day but not always guaranteed
Tracked 48Hour Delivery 2-3 working days
- All orders placed after 3PM from Friday to Sunday will be processed Monday or in the event of a public holiday, the next working day and aimed to be delivered the next working day.
Kate places an order at 3:30PM Friday, and she paid for Next Day Delivery. Kate's order would be processed on Monday, but aimed to be delivered on Tuesday. This is because it's a working day service.

Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5 - 7 working days
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), this is incurred once the shipment reaches your destination.
LEAUXLA LASHES LTD are not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes (including VAT) if applicable.
Pre-orders are for popular products that people want. If you want something that is pre-ordered, you have to wait up to 2- 4 weeks for it to come in. But once you order it, you can't change your mind and get a refund because they are produced to order.
IMPORTANT: If you are pre-ordering item(s) on LEAUXLA LASHES LTD, and you have in-stock item(s) and pre-order item(s) in the same cart, shipment of your in-stock item(s) may be delayed until your pre-order item(s) is ready for shipping.
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 14 days of purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY (if applicable)

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
